I love a design challenge and greenfield projects where I can build a team and start the product from scratch. Equally I love intergrating into a team and resolving design challenges with colleugues.

I take a Lean UX and agile-first approach, ensuring rapid iteration and collaboration across teams. My process starts with user research and stakeholder alignment, followed by prototyping, testing, and refining based on real-world insights. I prioritise data-driven decision-making, balancing business goals with user needs to create scalable, high-impact experiences.

I believe in empowering teams by providing clear direction, mentorship, and structured workflows while encouraging ownership and creativity. I focus on building a strong team culture, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams, and fostering an environment where designers feel supported, challenged, and motivated to create impactful work.

I engage stakeholders early through workshops, data-driven discussions, and transparent communication, ensuring alignment throughout the design process.
